The cars and track is excellent, the customer service was rubbish and they were rude and transport from only the Gold Coast 2 hours away was ridiculous, took days. Won’t be ordering anything from them again and won’t be recommending them to anyone
Hi John. I can see you really upset with the service to warrant a public slander. No doubt you point is obviously valid. Looking at the order I can see where the issue may be is with posting or couriering the track. Being a certain length Australia Post or any other courier make it difficult to get across. That's why we stopped selling Aerials. I am taking your comments personally and feeling upset that you had got to this point.
