Description

Airmar's low-profile, CHIRP-ready SS175L transducer is the perfect addition to smaller boats such as centre consoles. Operating in the low-frequency band (40–60 kHz), it delivers excellent deep-water coverage and tracking — up to 762 m (2,500') depth — with 1 kW of power and up to 20 kHz of total bandwidth in a single installation.

The SS175L uses Airmar's patented Tilted Element™ technology, with the ceramic element fixed at a set angle within the housing. When installed flush to the hull, the tilt corrects for hull deadrise, orienting the beam directly downward for maximum echo returns and more accurate depth readings.

Available in three Tilted Element models:

Fixed 20° — for 16° to 24° hull deadrise angles
Fixed 12° — for 8° to 15° hull deadrise angles
Fixed 0° — for 0° to 7° hull deadrise angles

This listing is for the 12° Tilted Element version with a Raymarine 11-Pin connector. Available as an OEM connector model or as a Mix and Match™ version (9 m cable with standard connector + 1 m adapter).
