Description

The Quick BTQ 140-40 is a single propeller DC bow thruster delivering 40kgf (88.2lb) of thrust, designed for vessels from 7 to 10 metres (23–33ft). Built from high-quality composite material throughout, it offers outstanding durability and corrosion resistance in demanding marine environments. An exclusive Quick elastic coupling optimises motor-to-gearbox alignment, absorbing impulses and protecting the operating system. The four-blade composite propeller delivers maximum thrust with reduced current draw, and the bronze propeller gearleg features a hydrodynamic profile that minimises turbulence in both thrust directions. Overheating protection is managed via the touch panel or joystick panel software — no thermal sensor required. Requires a 140mm diameter tunnel.

Note: Tunnel, controller, control cable, fuse, and fuse holder are required for installation and must be purchased separately.
