E2+ Two-Speed Electric Orbit Winches™ deliver controlled electric assistance with the proven efficiency of Ronstan’s Orbit winch platform. Designed for confident short-handed sailing and effortless trimming under load, they combine manual and electric operation in a compact, fully integrated system. The European engineered series-wound motor is matched to an optimised gearbox to provide strong pulling power and smooth, consistent line speed across both ratios.

An integrated control box and illuminated push buttons provide intelligent system monitoring and built-in protections, including overload, thermal overload, low-voltage, reverse polarity and accidental start protection. Available in 45QT and 50QT sizes in 12V or 24V configurations, E2+ two-speed models are engineered for larger keelboats where reliability, efficiency and clean deck layout matter.

E2+ electric two-speed motor with illuminated “intelligent” push buttons to aid in monitoring of safety features that include overload protection, thermal overload protection, accidental start protection, reverse polarity protection, and more.

QuickTrim™ patented self-tailing feature for rapid sail trim and smooth adjustment.

Power Rib™ drum ensures a controlled grip at all times, whether trimming or easing.

Fully machined aluminium drum, stronger and lighter than traditional cast aluminium drums.

Self-tailer accepts line diameters 8-14mm.

Returns policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at chandlery@bosuns.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
