Description

The Vetus Type ASV Air Suction Vent is engineered to provide the correct volume of ventilation air for marine engine bays. In addition to combustion air, engines require ventilation air to dissipate residual heat — approximately 6.1 m³ per kW (4.5 m³ per hp) per hour at a maximum air velocity of 3 m/s. The ASV range is sized accordingly, with model numbers corresponding to the engine horsepower rating they are designed to suit.

Constructed with a polished anodised aluminium frame and naturally anodised aluminium grilles for a premium, corrosion-resistant finish. Available in 12 sizes to suit engines from 20hp to 150hp.

We use Australia Post Eparcel for shipping if goods within Australia. If you would like to use an alternative shipping method please Contact Us and we can discuss alternatives.

Returns policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at chandlery@bosuns.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
