Description

The Vetus BOW PRO Boosted takes everything that makes the BOW PRO exceptional and adds a built-in voltage doubler. A third connection on the motor feeds an internal charger that boosts the supply voltage — meaning you can connect the BOWB130 to a 12V battery bank and run it at full 24V performance. Direct connection to a 24V supply is also supported. When the thruster is not in use, the built-in charger actively recharges your battery bank, adding genuine utility value beyond just manoeuvring.

130 kgf of fully proportional thrust from a maintenance-free brushless induction motor, controlled via V-CAN CANBUS digital protocol. Compatible with BPPPA and BPPJA control panels. Shares tunnel sizes with existing Vetus thrusters and many other brands for straightforward retrofit.

Battery capacity advice for the BOW PRO Boosted series is higher than for conventional DC thrusters, as runtime is the key performance factor for this series.
