The Vetus BOW3512FI is a 35 kgf bow thruster with a watertight, ignition-protected motor housing that complies with ISO 8846 Marine ‘Ignition Protection’ standard. It is the mandatory choice for vessels with petrol/gasoline engines, fuel tanks, fuel lines, or propane gas storage in the same compartment — where a standard thruster could ignite fumes or gas and cause an explosion.

The sealed housing also doubles as excellent corrosion protection. All required seals, electrical connectors, and fastening components are included, along with an externally resettable automatic fuse for the control loom. The BOW3512FI can also be configured as a stern thruster with the appropriate kit.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
