The Vetus BOW5512DI delivers 55 kgf of bow thrust in a fully ignition-protected, IP65-rated housing — the safe choice for boats with petrol engines, fuel tanks, or propane storage. Compliant with ISO 8846 Marine standard, the sealed housing prevents fumes or gas from reaching the internal mechanism, eliminating ignition risk in enclosed engine compartments.

The corrosion-resistant synthetic housing ships complete with all seals, electrical connectors, and fastening hardware. An externally resettable automatic fuse means you never need to open the housing for routine maintenance. It can also be configured as a stern thruster with the appropriate kit, making it a versatile choice for twin-thruster installations.

Returns policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
