Vetus Remotely Controlled Battery Main Switch & Emergency Stop

The Vetus BPMAIN is a remotely controlled battery main switch designed for use with bow thrusters, anchor windlasses, and other high-current DC consumers. Required by law in many countries, it can be controlled electrically via a supplied control panel (with pre-wired loom and multi-plugs) or activated manually via a red emergency stop button in the event of an emergency.

The switch should be mounted as close as possible to the battery of the bow thruster or consumer, with the red emergency stop button positioned within easy reach.

Important — Voltage selection note: When a 24V bow thruster is connected to a 12V circuit via a series/parallel switch, select a 12V battery main switch. When a 48V bow thruster is connected to a 24V circuit via a series/parallel switch, select a 24V main switch.

Returns policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at chandlery@bosuns.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
