Vetus Silicone Cowl Ventilator with Plastic Deck Ring & Nut
Built to last, these Vetus cowl ventilators are moulded from silicone rubber — a highly flexible synthetic material with a service temperature range of -100°C to +200°C. Silicone is inherently UV-resistant and will not discolour over time, keeping your deck hardware looking like new season after season.
The cowl is removable and can be rotated after loosening the knurled base ring by hand. Ring nuts and mating deck flanges are made of hard plastic with a red (RAL3020) internal colour. An optional Monel mosquito screen and AISI 316 stainless steel cover plate are available for closing off the ventilator.

We use Australia Post Eparcel for shipping if goods within Australia. If you would like to use an alternative shipping method please Contact Us and we can discuss alternatives.

Returns policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at chandlery@bosuns.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
