Description

Protect your steel hull from galvanic corrosion with the Vetus WOA003Z — a rectangular weld-on zinc hull anode manufactured to U.S. Mil-A-18001K specification, the highest standard available. Anodes that don’t meet this specification offer little or no protection, so material quality matters.

The streamlined rectangular profile minimises drag, and the included steel strap (293 × 25 × 5mm) is designed for welding directly to a steel hull. Inspect annually and replace when 50% sacrificed.

Anode Selection Guide

Fresh water — use Aluminium anodes (all hull types)
Brackish water — use Zinc or Aluminium (all hull types); Aluminium only for sterndrives/outboards
Salt water — use Zinc or Aluminium (all hull types); Aluminium only for sterndrives/outboards

Note: Aluminium anodes also work in saltwater but are sacrificed faster. Magnesium anodes are not recommended.

Returns policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
