Description

Vetus zinc shaft anodes are designed for a perfect, secure fit on the propeller shaft. An interlock system in both halves ensures the bolt holes remain in perfect alignment, and reinforced material around the holes prevents bolts from loosening — even as the anode erodes.

Note: Shaft anodes are not recommended for high-speed vessels, as they can create turbulence around the propeller and cause shaft imbalance as they wear. For high-speed applications, consider the Vetus propeller nut with integrated zinc anode instead. Shaft anodes can also be supplied with a metal bracket by special order.

Available in metric sizes (25–60mm) and imperial sizes (1"–2").

We use Australia Post Eparcel for shipping if goods within Australia. If you would like to use an alternative shipping method please Contact Us and we can discuss alternatives.

Returns policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at chandlery@bosuns.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
